Kim had been working in early years education for more than 15 years, and it was the meaningful connections she made with children with additional needs, as an inclusion support assistant that inspired her to study OT at USC. 

She believes the most rewarding part of her work is uncovering a child's unique strengths and capabilities and sharing in their excitement as they achieve the things they have been working towards.

Kim loves music, art and nature and enjoys walking her two dogs in the bush.
